This Privacy Policy applies to Indexed Labs and the website, software, mobile applications, and related services we provide (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be collected, used, and disclosed as described here.

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, login credentials, profile details, and support communications.
• Connected-account information, including content and metadata from email, calendar, and related productivity accounts that you choose to connect, such as messages, events, attendees, attachments, timestamps, labels, folders, and similar account data.
• Device, usage, and diagnostic information, such as IP address, browser or app information, identifiers, logs, crash information, and interaction data.
• Information you provide directly, including forms, uploads, waitlists, feedback, and communications with us.

We use information to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services, including to:

• authenticate users and manage accounts;
• connect, sync, organize, search, filter, classify, summarize, and display email, calendar, and related content;
• generate reminders, suggested actions, automations, and other user-facing features;
• provide support, respond to requests, troubleshoot issues, and enforce our policies;
• monitor performance, security, reliability, and abuse; and
• develop and improve the Services using aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise non-user-identifying information.

Some Indexed features use machine learning or artificial intelligence, whether operated by Indexed Labs or by third-party providers acting on our behalf.

These features may process your prompts, email content, calendar content, attachments, or metadata only as needed to deliver requested functionality such as summaries, classification, drafting, extraction, or recommendations.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

We do not use your content to train generalized AI models for unrelated customers or public model development.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers and subprocessors that help us host, secure, analyze, support, or operate the Services, including providers such as Google and Anthropic where relevant to the features you use.
• With other services or users at your direction, such as when you connect an account, send a message, share content, or enable an integration.
• With advisors, counterparties, or authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our terms.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your connected email or calendar content for targeted advertising.

Information received from Google Workspace APIs is used in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the integrity of our systems.

Certain deleted records may remain recoverable in primary systems for up to 30 days before permanent deletion. Limited backup copies may persist for up to 7 days before they age out. Short-lived caches and operational logs may remain temporarily after deletion.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in transit and at rest.

Access to connected email, calendar, and related content is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need that access for operations, security, legal compliance, support, or other legitimate business purposes consistent with this Policy. We expect such access to be authenticated, restricted, and logged where appropriate.

No system is perfectly secure. You acknowledge that security incidents can occur despite reasonable precautions.

You may be able to:

• disconnect linked accounts or revoke access through the provider;
• request account or data deletion;
• update certain account information; and
• contact us with privacy questions or requests.

We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may affect functionality.

The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer of your information to these jurisdictions, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Services, by email, or by other reasonable means. The updated version becomes effective on the date shown at the top of this page.
